No, Seven Feathers Gift Cards cannot be used for gaming purposes. They may only be used for goods and services at the Resort, such as meals and overnight stays.
We can ship your Seven Feathers Gift Card to anyone with a valid address in the United States. We cannot ship gift cards to addresses outside of the U.S. at this time.
Yes, but we ask that you use an appropriate name and/or language in your personalized Seven Feathers Gift Card messages. Seven Feathers Hotel & Casino Resort will NOT edit your personalized message. However, we will cancel any order that contains any message that, in our opinion, harasses or threatens any individual; is obscene, illegal or otherwise objectionable; or violates our Terms of Use, which contains additional rules governing the use of the Seven Feathers Gift Card.
We are just as concerned about ensuring your safety as you are. Seven Feathers Hotel & Casino Resort will not trade, rent, or sell your personal information. We will also never share your credit card number, e-mail address, or other personal information without your prior authorization.
At this time we ship Seven Feathers Gift Cards only to addresses in the United States. We do not ship them outside of the United States.
Call the Box Office at (800)548-8461 x1334, seven days a week, 8AM to 11PM, or request an order form to you to fill out and mail to the address or fax to the fax number at the top of the order form. Once payment is received, we will fulfill your order within 48 hours and ship per your delivery method.
No, we currently do not offer volume discounts.
Shipping time will depend on the delivery method you select. Listed below are the delivery options:
~ US Postal Service Standard Mail - 2-10 business days (Free)
~ US Postal Service Priority Mail Return Receipt - 2-10 business days ($5.25)
~ UPS or Fed Ex Overnight - 1 business day, if order is received by 12:00 noon PST ($20.00)
- Orders received between Friday 12 noon PST and Monday 5:00 a.m. PST will be shipped Monday.
- Currently we are shipping to U.S. addresses only. PO Boxes are not acceptable for UPS or Fed Ex shipping.
- Cost of shipping will be added to the cost of the gift card unless otherwise specified.
- Overnight Shipping may not be possible for some US Zip Codes from Canyonville. It may take two days.
- UPS and Fed Ex offer Saturday delivery to most, but not all, U.S. ZIP codes using Next Day Air Service.
- You may use the Seven Feathers Gift Card toward the cost of lodging, meals, gratuity, merchandise, event tickets, or other services at any outlet within the Seven Feathers Hotel & Casino Resort (Hotel, Gift Gallery, Restaurant, Box Office, etc.)
- Seven Feathers Gift Cards have no implied warranties and is not a credit card or debit card.
- Seven Feathers Gift Cards have no value until activated.
- Seven Feathers Gift Cards expire one year from date of the last funds load, after which any remaining balance on the card will not be redeemable by the card holder.
- Seven Feathers Gift Cards will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, check or credit.
- You may check your card balance at the Seven Feathers Box Office, Seven Feathers Gift Gallery or online at sevenfeathers.com.
- Lost, stolen or damaged Seven Feathers Gift Cards may be canceled and replaced in certain circumstances and with appropriate documentation. See separate FAQ section below for details.
- Seven Feathers Hotel & Casino Resort reserves the right to change these requirements without notice at any time.
To determine the balance available on a Seven Feathers Gift Card, simply visit the Seven Feathers Box Office and ask a cashier to check the balance for you, or you can also click here and check your balance on-line.
Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards may be replaced with a new Gift Card in the amount of any remaining balance on the Seven Feathers Gift Card as of the date of notification. The following is required for replacement: Seven Feathers Gift Card number, original receipt indicating purchase of Seven Feathers Gift Card, copy of photo ID or driver’s license, and completed affidavit.
Upon receipt of above, Seven Feathers Hotel & Casino Resort will cancel the Seven Feathers Gift Card identified on the form and issue a new Seven Feathers Gift Card in the amount of the remaining bal ance on the Seven Feathers Gift Card on the date of receipt of the affidavit by Seven Feathers Hotel & Casino Resort. The replacement Seven Feathers Gift Card will be mailed to the address provided on the form. Allow up to two weeks for replacement. Forms and documents become the property to Seven Feathers Hotel & Casino Resort. Fraudulent submissions may result in prosecution under applicable statutes.
